Help with DuoPlay

Play, connect, unfold.

For support, email support@raydelsol.uk. Include your app version, iOS version, the core in use and whether the issue occurs on the inner or outer screen.

Please do not send passwords, account tokens, game files or BIOS files. Review logs before sharing them, since they may contain filenames, network details or chat.

Importing games

Use Files to copy your own compatible content into the app’s documents, then choose Load Content. Some cores require BIOS files that you must supply separately. Match the core to the system and game format.

Bluetooth controllers

Pair your controller in iPhone Settings. DuoPlay’s default setting hides the touch overlay when a controller connects. Controller mappings can be adjusted in the app.

Online services

Enable and configure achievements or cloud sync in Settings. Cloud sync is off initially; configuration-file syncing is a separate opt-in. Starting or joining a netplay session connects to peers and may use lobby or relay services. A public lobby listing exposes your chosen nickname and game/session information.

Display changes

Report any text, icon or layout changes you see when opening or closing the Duo. Screenshots are helpful; remove private information before emailing them.

Credits

DuoPlay builds on RetroArch, libretro and the emulator authors’ work. Developer acknowledgements and original notices are available through the app’s Credits & Licences shortcut and iOS Settings pages.
